Planet DuckWeed

In many communities it is hard to get a plentiful amount of healthy foods. The Sustainable Technologies At Rutgers (S.T.A.R.)is researching Duckweed as way to provide a self sustaining way to produce a highly versatile plant into the lives of those who can benefit from it. I helped in the promotion the super-food Duckweed, assisting in the creation of promotional and educational materials for the Sustainable Technologies.

The duties I was tasked with were publishing the research data in the form of a  flyer, brochure and cook book with the goal having a humanitarian feel to it.
